Salida is an authentic, charming, but small mountain town. We'd like to encourage all of our family and friends to arrange for accommodations ASAP, as it is leaf-peeping season and the tiny town will fill up quickly! We highly recommend booking at one of the hotels listed below, where we have secured discounts and/or room blocks (9/17-9/20). These rooms will be held until August 1, 2026. After you have booked your lodging, please let Morgan or Scott know where you are staying so that they can arrange shuttle stops. The shuttle will be the ONLY transportation to/from the event, as there is no parking available for guests. Shuttle service will also be provided back to hotels from our afterparty. We have spent a lot of time in the BV and Salida area and truly love it. We are excited to share such a special place with you and hope you can make it!

For Shuttle Transportation to and from the venue, designated pick-up locations will be in close proximity to the hotels listed above. Location/times are TBD. Please let Morgan know where you book your lodging so that she can arrange shuttle stops. For return trips back to Salida, shuttles will depart from the venue throughout the night starting around 9:00 PM.
