If you happen to be in the area Friday, September 6th, we are holding a celebratory "Welcome BBQ" at Blue Lake not only for our close family + wedding party but also for the many local loved ones in our lives who will not be attending the wedding ( ....*For those flying into town that day and need to get acclimated to the altitude/settled-in, there is no pressure or obligation by any means to be at the BBQ---rest up!). We will be serving chicken and beef fajitas; small potluck-style sides and desserts will be appreciated! We will have beer and wine to get the party started "but" BYOB always helps : ) *Glass containers are prohibited.... *Please RSVP to Natasha or Will no later than August 15th so we can make appropriate arrangements ( 805.689.6393 or 970.379.6894) Directions: Upon entering the Blue Lake neighborhood from Highway 82, you'll see Blue Lake immediately on your left (can't miss it!). Plenty of parking is available on your right but try to carpool if possible.

Ceremony service begins at 5:30pm; hors d'oeuvres, beer and wine to follow. Parking is available upon arrival; we ask that you please keep spots closest to venue for close family. *For those who have lodging in the Snowmass/Aspen area and would prefer to not drive, please let Natasha know as soon as possible if you will need space in a shuttle (805) 689-6393 *. (Limited space will be available; specifics on potential shuttles and times will be provided soon). There are also plenty of guests from town we can connect you if our capacity is met. **As a fair warning for those arriving with children, restrooms are limited (1 single-male, 1 single-female). In the event of rain, the ceremony will still take place inside the Ironbridge Golf Club rather than outside. Lastly, we ask that any videos taken please be sent to Natasha's via Gmail or any kind of medium you wish; we are not having a videographer so it would mean so much to watch little clips of our day! <3

Time to party! Come enjoy yourselves, get to know all the awesome people we love so much and help us tear up a rug....mountain style! : ) Ceremony and reception are in the same location; Hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer and non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided after the ceremony. Dinner will be served at 7pm with dessert to follow; please let the bride or groom know of any severe allergies the staff should be aware of. **For the kiddos, by all means they do not need to wait till 7pm for dinner! We have 'kids meal' dinners arranged for them whenever they are ready anytime after 6pm (chicken tenders, a hot dog and mac n' cheese...of course!). A specific list of those 14 y/o and under have already been provided to the cooks; simply let a bartender or server know they're ready and it'll be whipped up right away. Whatever you'd like to wear; casual or fancy...anything goes in Aspen
If you feel like keeping the night going, we plan on meeting at Eric's Bar; no pressure to start there with us--have a blast wherever you are in Aspen and enjoy yourselves! : ) *Although downtown Aspen seems like a bit of a drive from the venue, it's just a straight shot along the highway; no crazy turns! Many of guests are staying in Snowmass Village; that's only a 2 minute drive from downtown Aspen : ) There is the f r e e RFTA shuttle that frequently circles from Glenwood Springs and Snowmass Village to Aspen and back the same route so we implore you to check out what Aspen has to offer! For more information on available transportation, please check out our "Lodging" tab. If you are staying at the Westin Hotel in Snowmass, they offer free shuttles. In addition, Snowmass Village has frequent free shuttles for your quick ride to Aspen! Some neat spots to scope out are Eric's, Bad Harriet (gorgeous speak-easy in Hotel Jerome), the Red Onion, Belly-Up and Bootsy Bellows.
