Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for the Willard Art Center is a little limited. There is some street parking right in front of the building and around the corner, a paid parking lot behind the building, and a few business lots open for public use on the weekends. Or if you don't want to worry about parking, we recommend using the Greater Idaho Falls Transit (GIFT) app! It's easy to set up, and it only costs $3 to be picked up from your hotel and brought right to the venue.

How many people can I RSVP for?

Answer

We've written on your reception inserts how many seats we've saved for you! Due to requirements from the venue, we are asking that children under 12 years old stay at home for our wedding. We want to spend the day with all of our friends and family, but understand that this might affect the attendance of our guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We have guests attending who are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free so we will have accommodations for those diets already. If there are any other needs we should be aware of, please let us know when you submit your RSVP. The earlier, the better!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're going with semi-formal but aren't going to be too strict. Button-ups and ties, vests, skirts and dresses or slacks. Just please no jeans or t-shirts!
