We recommend finding accomodations in downtown Austin, or just south of downtown. Austin has a large selection of hotels, and Airbnbs available.
In general Austin is not a very walkable city. You will need to utilize Uber and Lyft, or rent a car.
There is a major solar eclipse happening on 4/8/24. This is expected to draw in a lot of tourists making it an extra busy weekend for ATX travel. Please plan ahead!
