All events of the evening will take place in Arizona Nordic Village. Arrivals start at 4 pm and the event ends at 10 pm. Ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. We are so excited to spend this special night with you!

Woodland Cocktail Attire
The venue will be available starting at 4pm. There will be music playing and games available. Light snacks will also be provided. You can check into your cabin/yurt if you are staying in one overnight upon arrival with the front desk.

Reception
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Catering will be through Fat Olives. Fire restrictions permitting, we will have a salad and wood fired pizza buffet. If fire restrictions are in effect, we will pivot to a salad and pasta buffet. Beer and Wine will be served in addition to water and soft drinks. Dancing and other activities will begin after dinner. Reception will end at 10 pm.
