Maid of Honor
Sister of the bride Lisa and Sarah have known each other since Lisa was born when Sarah told her how lucky she was to get to be Sarah’s sister. Growing up, they enjoyed lots of matching outfits, playing school and house, dancing in the living room, and jumping through the sprinkler. Sarah has been known to chase Lisa with a hose. In adulthood, Lisa and Sarah have become close friends, and no grudges are held, not even from the time that Sarah trapped Lisa in a laundry basket. Sisters make the best of friends, and Sarah and Lisa are friends forever!
Best Man
Friend of the groom Hayden and Chris met when they were in first grade during lunch break. They thought it was the coolest thing that both of their mothers had packed them Dr. Peppers for lunch, and their taste in lunch beverages made them inseparable from then on out. In school they gained the reputation of class clowns, while still somehow finding a way to the top of their classes. They played sports together / against each other all they way up to college. When playing together they were the best of teammates, and when playing against each other they had a fierce desire to destroy each other. After college they continued to remain close by supporting each other through thick and thin.
Bridesmaid
Friend of the bride Although they were a year apart in school, Lisa and Jen both grew up in Whitewater and ran cross country together in high school. However, it wasn't until after college in when they ran into each other at the gym back in Whitewater that their close bond formed. Jen proceeded to visit Lisa in every travel nurse destination Lisa has ever lived in. Lisa and Jen especially bond over beach walks, acai bowls, bike rides, long telephone calls, and spending as much time in the warm sunshine as possible. Jen continues to be Lisa's #1 visitor in California, and all of their time together is cherished.
Groomsman
Friend of the groom Trey and Chris also met in first grade but the bond didn’t really come to fruition until about third grade. As Trey started to take more and more interest in the sports world due to a family love of Tennessee Volunteer athletics, Chris and Trey’s bond became even more united...except for that awful color of orange he always wore. YUCK! All the way up to college, if Trey wasn’t playing on the the field with Chris, he was at all the games supporting him. Every time Chris was struggling with anything on the field or off, Trey was always there with encouraging words. Trey is the kind of friend to Chris that even if Chris is a jerk, he still picks up the phone when he calls.

Friend of the bride Lisa and Felicia met just weeks after they both arrived in the Virgin Islands as travel nurses in 2013. When they weren’t at their hospital, their three months together on island were full of boat trips, full moon parties, ariel yoga and beach days. After Felicia left St. Thomas she moved to the South Bay of Los Angeles, where Lisa and Chris joined her nine months later. Felicia and Lisa continue to be great friends, trading in the full moon parties and boat trips for visits to the korean spa, local hikes, dinner date nights and the occasional girls night out.
Groomsman
Friend of the groom Imagine this...Ken and Chris also met in first grade. Later on in high-school, Trey decided to coin the term "the tri-pod” for the three of these goofballs and it has stuck. Ken and Chris spent all of high school trying to figure out how to get in trouble with their parents together...and they were generally successful. Despite the fact that Ken has lived abroad for the past several years, he still managed to show up unannounced in Vietnam when Lisa and Chris were traveling...and of course, epic times ensued.

Friend of the bride Lisa & Ashley met in 2012 working in Maui as travel nurses. They bonded quickly over travel, beach life and reggae. Ashley and Lisa went their separate way a year later, but kept in touch as Lisa went to St. Thomas and Ashley to Australia. Ashley and her husband Kyle even visited Lisa on St. Thomas right before she met Chris! Ashley and Lisa ended up back in California years later and are literally next door neighbors in Santa Barbara now. Their friendship has only gotten better like a fine wine.
Groomsman
Friend of the groom Pat and Chris have a slightly different story. All through grade school and high school they were on opposite side of the soccer field, and this is how they met. Deep into high school they found themselves at the same events and started to form a bond. When Chris transferred to the University of Alabama, Pat and Chris started hanging out frequently, and eventually became roommates. While roommates, it was hard to find a day when the two were not hanging out. Since then, Patrick and Chris have kept in touch, Chris even had the honor of being in his wedding last year! There was also that epic Vegas trip...but you know what they say about that!
Honor Attendant
Friend of the bride Lisa and Lindsay went to college together, but didn't meet until studying abroad in Costa Rica in 2007. Once they started hanging out they became fast friends, bonding over their love of Latino music and the dance floor! Even though they haven’t lived in the same city since college, they have remained close and Lisa had the honor of being in Lindsay’s wedding last year.
Usher
Brother of the groom Lucas is Chris’s “little” brother. Their dad always said Chris better be careful when picking on him when he was little because he would probably grow up to be bigger than Chris...which became very true. Despite that, Lucas has always had a kind heart, and decided to never beat Chris up. The age gap made the bond tricky in the younger years, but these days Lucas and Chris talk frequently. They both share a strong bond over food, and when they are together they eat well!
Officiant
Lisa and Patti went to college together, but just like Lisa and Lindsay it wasn’t until they moved 3000 miles south to “study” abroad in Costa Rica that they met, and have have been great amigas ever since. Whether they are drinking water out of a spring in Wisconsin, mojitos on Calle Ocho, or hurricanes in the Big Easy, it’s a blast when they get together.

Brother-in-law of the bride Growing up Lisa always wished she had an older brother, and when Sarah found Kevin, Lisa's wishes came true! Lisa and Kevin have remained close over the years, but very conveniently when Kevin and Chris first met shortly after Lisa and Chris started dating, they formed an instant bond. Whenever Sarah and Kevin and Lisa and Chris get together, it is always a great time, officially becoming family won't be a problem for this group!
