This is our primary wedding hotel. Our room block closed on September 8, but you are still welcome to book at The Bethesdan Hotel. Just let us know your plans and we will have the hotel add you to our group!
Flight
DCA and Dulles are equal in distance to the wedding hotels. DCA is metro accessible.
Shuttle
October 9, 2021 2:30 pm - 11:15 pm
Round-trip shuttle service will be provided from The Bethesdan Hotel to Woodend Sanctuary and Mansion. Shuttles will run every 30 minutes, with the first shuttle departing the hotel at 2:30 PM and the last shuttle departing the hotel at 3:40 PM prior to the wedding. Shuttle service will resume later in the evening and run every 30 minutes beginning at 8:00 PM. The final shuttles will depart Woodend Sanctuary and Mansion at 10:45 and 11:00 PM, respectively, to transport guests to the after party or hotel. Both of these final shuttles will transport guests to both destinations; The after party is a short 5 minute walk to The Bethesdan Hotel.
