I first met Miracle my freshman year of high school in 2004. Miracle has always been the type of person with a bubbly personality, big smile, and captivating story that just draws you in! I’ve always been introverted but her friendship has literally pulled me out of my shell over the last 17 years, and has taught me to be more present and bold. As kids we would literally talk about anything and everything for hours outside sitting on her front porch.I’m grateful to God for this friendship and also being able to witness her find her life partner. Since the first day Miracle introduced Derrick to us there has never been any doubts in his intentions and love for my friend. It takes two to make a relationship work and it’s been a joy seeing how both of them are dedicated to one another.

My relationship with Miracle/Derrick is the younger brother. I’ve known Derrick all my life he’s my older brother and I met Miracle through Derrick for the first time during Christmas in 2017. I hope their marriage the best and many blessings and get to grow with each other.

Miracle and I began our sisterhood in friendship over twenty years ago. We met in Buffalo, NY on Masten Ave. It became the stomping grounds of our childhood and would later become the beginning of an everlasting friendship. I am blessed beyond measure to have her in my life. Well wishes to Miracle and Derrick to a lifetime full of happiness and love!

I met Derrick Dixon back in fall of 2008. It was our freshman year of college at Morgan State University. We lived there for 3 years together. While there we ended up working together for a year at Horseshoe Casino. During our time in Baltimore we got into a couple shenanigans, but no matter what if we showed up together we always left together. I had his back and he had my back. We moved back to PG County and got a spot for 2 years. The shenanigans continued a little bit, but started slowing down. Derrick started dating Miracle. I met Miracle at a Christmas bar crawl in DC. That night I met Miracle was the same night they kissed for the 1st time LOLawwwww. After that it was a wrap for Derrick. He useD to stay in his room and work a lot. After Miracle came into his life he started going out more and just opening up in general. It was a good thing to see. Miracle also had a plan, which was good for Derrick because he never had a plan and was the king of winging stuff lol. Some of Miracle's plan was to finish her master's program, get a house, and get married. Two of those things have already happened and the last thing is currently in the process of taking place. I am honored and blessed to be able to be a part of their wedding and I just want to say thank you and I wish you all the best of luck.

I met Miracle in high school, however we became close in our college years. She is definitely my partner in shade 🤣. I'll never forget when I met Derrick at a christmas bar crawl in DC. He expressed he plans for a future with Miracle and I diligently interrogated him. There were zero red flags, all green. I am excited for there union!

I’ve known good ol Derk(derrick) since middle school. Met him in 8th grade at Benjamin tasker. Good times. We didn’t have classes together but that’s alright, cause there was before and after school to just talk. Still didn’t have classes together in high school either lol but between hanging out by the gym in the morning, to hanging out by the flags waiting on busses in the afternoon we always talked. Despite being good at basketball, the guy refused to come to the gym to the gym to play ball with us because he had to “baby sit” LOL. Much to our surprise we both wound up at Morgan AND we just so happened to be moving in on the same day at damn near the same time lol. Man, college is where we really became brothers. He’s family and I’ll always have his back. I met Miracle through other good friends of mine DJ(David) and Shari. I cant remember which year in morgan I was in...probably year 3 but they introduced me. I didn’t spend time with her so I did not get to know her very well but that’s okay! We have plenty of time to change that! Im extremely happy for Miracle and Derrick and glad they could meet each other and fall in love. I look forward to seeing little kids running around and hopefully I can sway them to being Eagles fans! I wish nothing but love and happiness for your marriage and pray it last forever!

I met Derrick when I was in middle school. He was the tall funny guy who always knew the latest music. I was new to the neighborhood but he welcomed me with open arms. Eventually, himself and Kj be she my best friends and we formed the best rap trio every called “3 Da Hard Way” and from there I knew our relationship was official! Since then Derrick has been nothing less than an amazing person. He would invite me over to eat dinner with his family, to hang out, and so much more. I’m so overjoyed for Derrick & Miracle’s marriage. I pray for everlasting peace, joy, and happiness in their marriage. Congratulations you two and welcome to the married club - it’s amazing!!

I first met Miracle in homeroom in high school & we became friends shortly after that. We always joke that it just kind of happened! I met a few years ago Derrick when Miracle brought him to a friend's birthday celebration & let's just say that I knew that Derrick was going to be a keeper for Miracle! Miracle & Derrick, I am wishing you the best, most loving years in your marriage to one another. Continue to support each other as you grow & pursue your goals. Keep praying for each other. I met Derrick back in middle school. He was always like a big bro to me. We grew up in the same neighborhood so we hung out often. I even got to see his infamous fade away jump shot, and we briefly started a rap group. We went to separate colleges but always stayed in touch. When he told me about Miracle he only had good things to say so I knew it was something special. When I finally met her, I saw how loving and great they are together. I met Miracle in the Summer of 2004 back in our early Poly days. She was the first person I met at Poly and I remember it was her bright and bubbly personality that gravitated me to her, but it’s been her genuine, witty and kind spirit that has kept this friendship strong for the past 18 years. Now when I first heard of Derrick I could sense that he would be more than just the “friend” Miracle insisted he was. It didn’t take long for the two of them to become inseparable and it was obvious that he was the one. Derrick compliments Miracle in so many ways and I’m so happy to be a part of their union. Miracle is like a sister to me and I’m so excited to be adding Derrick to the family.
