We're asking all guests to be vaccinated at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding to ensure the safety of others and to comply with New York City policies. Both venues for the weekend (The Richardson for the welcome drinks & the Wythe for the ceremony/reception) will require proof of vaccination, as will many other indoor places in NYC during your stay. The hotel staff will also be vaccinated, and we will be verifying the vaccination status of all vendors working at the wedding as well. We'll continue to update this section as things continue to evolve, and please reach out with any questions or concerns.
There are a few ways you can show proof of vaccination: - A photo or hard copy of their CDC vaccination card - NYC COVID Safe App - New York State Excelsior App - Official vaccine record - A photo or hard copy of an official vaccination record of a vaccine administered outside the United States for one of the following vaccines: AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience, Serum Institute of Insida/COVISHIELD and Vaxzevria, Sinopharm, or Sinovac. Please note, photo identification matching your proof of vaccination is also required. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out and let us know & we're happy to help.

Welcome Reception on Saturday: Casual -- wear what you're comfortable in! The event will be indoors. Wedding & Reception on Sunday: Cocktail attire. The reception will be indoors at the hotel, but the ceremony and cocktail hour will be in an adjacent outdoor courtyard, as long as weather permits.
We love kids (especially yours!), but we'd like you to join in the celebration and enjoy a night out, so we're requesting that children stay at home with a sitter. If you need help hiring one, please reach out and let us know.
