As you are spending time in San Antonio, please join us in the Hospitality Room at the Westin on the Riverwalk! This space is open to everyone coming for the wedding as a place to hang out and get to know other guests celebrating over the weekend. In this space, bags that you can fill with your selection of snack and goodies for your travel will be provided, so please come enjoy! For all our guests traveling into town on Friday, we'd love to have you join us for a casual Tex-Mex welcome party on the Riverwalk! Get to know others celebrating, and start the weekend all together! The Tex-Mex classics buffet will be served from 6:30-8:30pm with a small bar selection.
4:45 pm - 10:30 pm
We have lovingly named our dress code FANCY SCHMANCY aka cocktail formal. What this mean to us is that we'd love for people to dress up as this is a special occasion, but we want you to feel happy, comfortable, and excited about it.
The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm; however we're asking guests to arrive by 4:45 to allow time to make your way up the stairs or elevator to our rooftop celebration. You are welcome to arrive as early as 4:15pm. For those choosing to drive, with the exception of a few handicapped spots located on the premises, the main options for parking are neighborhood street parking or a small lot a couple blocks down the road. We will have a security guard keeping an eye on cars all around. If you prefer not to drive we have... UBER VOUCHERS - please see the FAQ page for the code/information) The family style meal at the reception will include both a chicken and fish entree and accompanying sides and vegetables to be shared around the table. Specialty meals are available to those who keep Kosher, are vegan/vegetarian, and for children.

While not an official wedding-sponsored event, anyone looking to celebrate into the night can head to the Esquire Tavern, the oldest bar on the Riverwalk, as a post-wedding gathering place. It's got incredible cocktails and a old-school vibe, and if we're not too tired, we hope you join you there too!
