Kindly RSVP by June 1st. You can RSVP on our website or contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date, we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending.' We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same place: The Magnolia Wedding Venue, 1120 Eagle Pointe Way, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863. The ceremony will be held outside on the balcony, with a covered location as an alternative, if weather doesn't cooperate. The reception will include a combination of indoor and an outdoor setting.
There is no parking at the venue, as it is limited for our vendors only. Parking will be available at the base of the mountain where the shuttle will be available to take guests to and from the venue.
Please arrive at the venue by 3:00pm, to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Keep in mind that the shuttle will be taking multiple trips to drop guests off.
We would love for all of our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, so we ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We are more than happy for you to take photos/videos once the ceremony is over. We will have a custom QR code at your table for our guests to share their POV with us.
Dress to Impress!! Our dress code is BLACK semi-formal attire for all our guests. My Maid of Honor is in charge of being the fashion police and will throw anyone out who is not following dress code (haha). Check out the Gallery tab for inspo.
To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only names that were given to us attend. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your Save the Date text. We truly appreciate your understanding.
Your presence is more than enough! However, if you wish to gift us something, we have our registry on this website.
YES of course- have you met my family? Haha! Bartenders may require ID, so please make sure to have it on you, no exceptions will be made. Also, as state law, no outside drinks will be allowed on premises! Anyone who does not follow this will be asked to leave.
