Wedding Party

Tess Watson

Maid of Honor

Tess is my older sister and the person I have looked up to my whole life. We've grown up by each other's sides and she has always been there for me, even when I was just the annoying little sister that wanted to hang out with her and her friends and do everything she did. From making mud pies in the backyard together, stealing each other's clothes, watching her be the best mom to her boys, to now standing by my side while I marry the love of my life! I couldn't have asked to have grown up with a better role model and person to stand next to me on this special day.

Nicholas Watson

Best Man

Nick has been my right hand man for over 10 years, and a main part of the "original trio". We met in elementary school and quickly became friends, but freshman year of high school is where we really started to connect. Over the last 10 years or so, many of my most fond memories have been in the company of Nick (many of which I can't share)! But no matter what, through thick or thin, we've always had each others backs. We once talked about how we would be the best men in each others weddings, and now its finally time for him to be mine. I couldn't imagine anyone else standing by my side on our special day!

Lexi Nichols

Maid of Honor

Lexi and I first met and bonded over her collection of American Girl dolls when a family and mutual friend (shoutout Keith) insisted we meet, because he knew one day we would be the best of friends. It wasn't until middle school our friendship soon became inseparable as we had many classes together and the two most quiet students had to be separated in class because we couldn't stop laughing at our dumb jokes. Lexi has grown to be like another sister to me as we took many annual vacations together through high school and made countless memories every chance we got! Though now we live a thousand miles apart, we pick up right where we left off when we see each other. I am so happy we get to stand by each other's side this year at our weddings and cheer each other on as we step into another chapter of our lives.

Darryn Gorman

Groomsman

Darryn and I met at work, and honestly, I couldn't even tell you when we went from co-workers to friends. Between the thousands of jokes and laughs, the hundreds of late night workouts, the bottles of Iron Fish (not at work of course), the annoying amount of Blue Mountain State quotes, and the countless number of stories shared from our patrol car windows, Darryn quickly became a close friend to me when we became district partners at work. Even though the length of our friendship is not as long as many others, the bond is just as strong. I am very excited that Darryn will be one of my Groomsman on our wedding day!

Mya Millikin

Bridesmaid

Mya is Josh's younger sister and my soon to be sister in law! Mya and I bonded over her doing her little sister duties in telling me embarrassing stories of Josh and I knew then we would soon become great friends. Her sense of humor, kindness, and genuine heart have made her feel like family from the start. Having her stand with me as a bridesmaid is a moment I will cherish forever and an honor that reflects not just our connection today, but the lifelong bond we are beginning to share!

Samuel Luna

Groomsman

The third member of the "original trio"! Sam and I met in elementary school as well, and bonded over our early love for music (although I will never be as talented on guitar as him). Over the years we formed a band, a skate group, tried to form a paintball team, made short films and funny (to us) YouTube videos, and even though life has now began to spread us apart, we still continue to be great friends. Our friendship has consisted of hundreds of cookies made by Sam's mom, 24 hour Halo grinds, guitar jams, and now, wedding days. I can't wait for Sam to be with me on our wedding day!

Allyson Howard

Bridesmaid

Ally and I became friends through the long night shifts in the hospital before I got the courage to ask her to hang out with me outside of work. Since then, she has become one of my best friends through scaring people away on the dance floor at the bars, spending days on the lake, and catching up over Mexican food and margaritas. I am so excited to have Ally keep me laughing through the chaos that weddings can bring and stand next to me on this day!

Levi Youmans

Groomsman

Levi and I became friends in High School, specifically when we sat together in English class and consistently annoyed our teacher. We continued this trend into film class our senior year where we made it a habit of making our videos as obnoxious as possible, and just had fun together. Levi quickly became a great friend to me during school and after we graduated. We shared a passion and hobby in motorcycles, and Levi was part of a group with Nick and I that we called "half ass apps", our weekly meeting at Applebees for late night appetizers. Levi was an easy choice to join my side during our wedding day!

Jack Pettyjohn

Officiant

Jack is Josh's second cousin and is one of those guys that just lights up the room he is in. When we talked about how we wanted our officiant to be someone we know that knew about us and our relationship, Meredith brought up Jack almost immediately, and we both loved the idea. Jack agreed to the task and we truly couldn't think of a better person to be the one officiating our wedding!
