A block of rooms has been reserved at the Double Tree that is within walking distance to the venue at a discounted rate specifically for our wedding weekend! The block includes 20 rooms at a first come first serve basis for both Thursday night, 08/27/25 and Friday night 08/28/25. If you would like a room for Saturday night as well, the room will not be under our block and will not be under our discount code.
If you are going to book a room through the Double Tree, the room MUST be booked by 07/25/26 for the discounted rate of $154.00/night (includes parking). If this is not done by the deadline, the room will be released to the public and you will be required to pay full price and will not be guaranteed a room here.
