Here are some answers to commonly asked questions. If you have any more questions that we may have forgot, please reach out to us personally!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP prior to July 15th. If you have not RSVP'd by then, you will not be on the guest list. Please be mindful that our vendors require an exact guest count to provide the appropriate amount of seating, food, and drinks to serve.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. We request that men wear a shirt and tie (jacket optional), and women wear midi or knee length dresses. The bridal party will be wearing burgundy ties and dresses. Please avoid white, cream, or ivory (besides dress shirts).

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have carefully curated our guest list to be in the company of our closest friends and family, therefore please do not bring a plus one unless otherwise indicated on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

This will be an adults only event. As much as we love your little ones, we kindly ask you to take the night off to enjoy celebrating!

Can I film/photograph the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. We ask you kindly to not have your phone or cameras out during any part of our ceremony, and just be present in the moment with us! We have a professional photographer to capture our special day, and we do not want any phones or cameras to accidentally get into their shots. Please feel free to take and share photos during the reception and on the dance floor!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please be sure to arrive by 4pm to allow for parking and seating.

What meal options are available?

Answer

We are very excited to have Finley's Grill and Smokehouse cater our event. Guests will have the option of smoked chicken, beef brisket, or a portion of both! Sides will consist of mac & cheese, green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, and Hawaiian rolls! If you have any dietary restrictions that may prevent you from eating some or all of these foods, please let us know when you RSVP as Finley's does an exceptional job of making sure food is available for everyone!

Where should guests stay?

Answer

If you are traveling from out of town and looking for hotel accommodations, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, located within walking distance of the venue. Please see the "Travel" page for more information!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are so thankful you are joining us for this celebration! While gifts are not expected, we have registered some items here on our wedding website if you wish to get us a gift. Please click on the "Registry" tab above.

Is parking and/or transportation provided?

Answer

There is on site parking behind the venue, as well as a multi-level parking garage across the street. There will be no shuttle services provided due to the close proximity of the parking and the hotel to the venue.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

The venue is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building. If you are in need of assistance, the building is ADA compliant and there is an elevator located on the SE corner of the building. Please let us know if you will need assistance so staff at the venue can assist accordingly.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors under the same roof!
