Hampton Inn Sturbridge

To book a room in the hotel block, please go to hamptoninn.com. Then go to destination and enter Sturbridge, MA. Enter date of arrival and date of departure as May 29 & May 30, 2022. Click on SPECIAL RATES and enter WMW for the group code. After that, click FIND A HOTEL. It will bring you to the hotel block rate. This rate block rate will expire 45 days prior to the wedding, on 4/14/22. Guests will have to notify the hotel 72 hours before arrival to cancel. Transportation will be provided from the Hampton Inn. Buses will depart from the Hampton Inn at 5:00 and stop at the La Quinta to pick up more guests before arriving at the venue for the ceremony. Buses will also be available to bring guests back to the hotels after the reception.

Transportation will be provided guests staying at the Hampton Inn and the La Quinta Inn Buses will depart from the Hampton Inn at 5:00pm and stop at the La Quinta to pick up more guests before arriving at the venue for the ceremony. Buses will also be available to bring guests back to the hotels after the reception. Buses will depart the reception at 10:45pm and 11:10pm. Buses will be leaving at the exact times listed above, so please ensure you are on the bus prior to the departure times.
