Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for guests staying at Hampton Inn and the La Quinta Inn. Buses will depart from the Hampton Inn at 5:00pm and stop at the La Quinta to pick up more guests before arriving at the venue for the ceremony. Buses will also be available to bring guests back to the hotels after the reception. The first bus will depart the reception at 10:45pm and the second bus will depart at 11:10pm. Buses will leave promptly at the times listed above. Please ensure you are on the bus prior to the departure times.

Are masks required?

Answer

No, masks will not be required, but we kindly ask that guests please take a COVID test prior to arriving at the venue.

Will any part of the event be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors in two separate buildings at the wedding venue. Both buildings are equipped with AC to keep guests cool in case of warm weather. If the weather is nice, cocktail hour will take place outside in front of the reception building.

Does the venue have onsite parking?

Answer

Yes, the venue has an onsite parking lot. If you are staying at the Hampton Inn or the La Quinta Inn, then we encourage you to use the buses we have provided.
