One of our favorite little towns to explore! It’s super charming with cute shops, pretty lake views, and amazing places to eat. We always recommend grabbing coffee at One Flight Up, dinner at Pisces Rising, and a fancy night out at 1921.
If you love a good treasure hunt, you’ll love Renninger’s! We always have the best time wandering around, finding antiques, cool vintage pieces, and random gems we didn’t know we needed.
A spooky (but super fun) way to hear all the ghost stories and history around Mount Dora. It’s a little creepy, a lot of fun, and a great excuse to stroll around after dark.
The perfect little spot to catch an amazing sunset over Lake Dora. We love grabbing a coffee or ice cream and just hanging out as the sky lights up.
Our absolute favorite spot! We end up here for most of our date nights. Alex even proposed at Veterans Memorial Park right on Lake Monroe! Some of our favorite hangouts are The Jailhouse, Tuffy’s, Celery City, and Zocalo. Good food, good drinks, and lots of great memories.
Our third date was an adventure! We kayaked down Blue Springs and somehow didn’t tip over (major win). It’s such a beautiful place if you want a little nature break.
A super chill spot where you can rent a kayak, grab a drink, and just hang out by the water. We love spending sunny weekends here with friends.
We used to live in this area and it still feels like home. Saturday mornings at the farmers market, brunch at Briar Patch, pizza at Prato, and wine nights at The Wine Room were basically our routine. (Highly recommend!)
This is where it all started — our very first date! We met up at the Robinson Coffee Shop, walked around Lake Eola, and ended the night at World of Beer. It’ll always be a special place for us.
Because sometimes you just need a day of rollercoasters, Harry Potter butterbeer, and acting like a kid again. We always have the best time here.
An awesome spot for shopping, eating, and just walking around. (Pro tip: try the cookies at Gideon’s and thank us later.)
The most magical place on earth!
