Passport Information
A valid passport is required for all guests traveling to our destination wedding. It is recommended that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. If you need to apply for or renew your passport, please visit the official U.S. passport website below for instructions and current processing information. To avoid delays, we encourage starting the application or renewal process as early as possible, as processing times can take several weeks.

Send your payment to Deja (please do not send payments to Nicholas). 2. Include the names of the guest(s) staying in the room (maximum of two). Invited guest(s) only. 3. Deja will submit the payment to the resort on your behalf. 4. You will receive a screenshot or forwarded email confirmation as proof of payment. 5. A shared Google Sheet will be provided so you can track your payments and remaining balance. If you would prefer a specific or designated room category, please visit the Sandals website and send Deja the room code for the room you would like before March 13, 2027. Please note that selecting a specific room category will result in a price difference. If you would like to extend your stay before or after the wedding dates, please let Deja know before March 13, 2027. Additional nights may be available for an additional fee depending on resort availability.

Check-In /Check-Out Details
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, the resort will hold your luggage, allowing you to use the amenities, such as restaurants and pools, immediately. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Flight
Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS)
Transportation to and from Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) is provided by the resort for all guests. Please share flight arrival and departure information with Deja, so she can add it to your room reservation. This information is required for the resort to organize transportation.

October in Nassau is warm, humid, and marks the end of the rainy/hurricane season. Expect average daily highs of 84°F–87°F and lows around 74°F–77°F.

Currency
The Bahamian dollar is equal to the U.S. dollar, and U.S. currency is widely accepted throughout the islands. Credit cards are also commonly used, but we recommend bringing a small amount of cash for tips off the resort and smaller purchases. Sandals operates on a no-tipping policy.
