When are the room deposits and RSVPs due?

What if I don't send my first deposit by March 13, 2027?

Answer

To help us finalize arrangements for our celebration, we kindly ask that initial deposits and RSVPs be submitted by March 13, 2027. If we have not received your RSVP, deposit, or heard from you by that date, we will assume you’re unable to attend and your room reservation may be released. Final balances will be due by July 13, 2027. We truly hope you’ll be able to celebrate with us, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance at any point throughout the process.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

If you need to update your RSVP or are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We completely understand that circumstances can change, and we truly appreciate you keeping us informed so we can plan accordingly. Please note that changes made closer to the wedding date may be subject to partial refund or resort-related fees based on the amount paid.

Do I need to stay on the resort?

We kindly ask that all guests stay on the resort property, as there is a required minimum number of guests needed to host our wedding. This will allow everyone to fully enjoy the weekend together and be part of every celebration with ease and convenience.

Will the wedding events take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding will be primarily an outdoor celebration, embracing the beauty of our beachside setting. The ceremony will take place indoors, followed by cocktail hour on the grass and a reception on the sand. We recommend comfortable, resort-friendly attire so you can fully enjoy each part of the day with ease.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our wedding ceremony be an unplugged celebration, so we can all be fully present as we say “I do.” Please keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony, as we’ve hired professionals to capture these special moments and will be happy to share photos with you afterward. Of course, feel free to take as many photos before and after the ceremony—we'll love seeing you capture and enjoy the day with us!

Is there transportation to and from the airport?

Answer

Transportation to and from Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) is provided by the resort for all guests.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate and within the scope of our wedding arrangements, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. In accordance with our resort group contract, only invited wedding guests may stay in rooms booked within our room block. Unfortunately, uninvited guests cannot be added to reservations or share accommodations through the wedding group booking.

May I bring my children?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, we’ve chosen to keep our wedding and resort adults-only. Sandals is an adult only (18+) resort.
