Welcome Event

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

This event is causal.

We’d like to invite our family traveling from out of town to a welcome event in the Lone Tree Room at the hotel. We will have a partially open bar and appetizers. (To add the welcome event to your calendar, you need to click the “Add to Calendar” button below in Safari on your phone.)

Wedding Ceremony + Reception

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

We respectfully request black tie attire.

Please plan to arrive at 4 pm, and the ceremony will begin shortly thereafter. There will be a cocktail hour following the ceremony with passed hors d'oeuvres, and an open bar all night. A three-course dinner will be served following the cocktail hour, and three-tier wedding cake will be served after dinner.
