The Wedding Website of Gabby Clark and Mike Benna
We understand that camping might not be for everyone. If you're excited about the idea, heres a couple options you can explore. We will be staying at Haskins Campground but there are other great options in the area. If you do want to stay at Haskins, the booking opens on 4/15. We recommend booking asap as it can fill up. There is another great campground in the area that offers group campsites for those looking to camp with other groups called Hutchins group camp. Another great campground is Bucks Lake Camp and RV, they have RV hookups and campsite options right on the lake. They also accept reservations earlier, starting on February 1st. While Airbnb and cabin options are limited, you might find a one with a bit of luck. For more accommodation choices, Quincy is just 20 minutes away, we'll have shuttles running throughout the night to take guests back to the campgrounds or Quincy, ensuring everyone gets home safely. If you're planning to drive back to Reno, please travel safely!

Bucks Lake Camping & RV

Bucks Lake Camp is the perfect basecamp for your next adventure. Our family and pet friendly property offers tent, RV and group campsites with convenient lake access. Located in Haskins Bay, camp is protected from the wind and the noise of the main lake. Perfect for paddled boarding, kayaking and swimming. If you are a nature lover, looking for a quite sanctuary, or just want to finally use that gone-fishin' sign, this is the place for you. In efforts to keep our campground quiet and enjoyable we do have strict generator rules. Please review our rules prior to booking.

Hutchins Group Campground

Hutchins Group Campground is on the northwest side of Bucks Lake in the Plumas National Forest. Visitors at the campground enjoy fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and boating. A boat launch ramp is nearby at Sandy Point. A lakeside beach there makes for great swimming (no lifeguard on duty). Hutchins Group Campground has 3 group sites, all can accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents. Each site holds up to 25 people. The campground is among the trees, a short distance from the lake. Reservations are required. Water system may still be broken. Bring your own water supply.
