Yes — we adore the many kids in our lives and couldn’t imagine celebrating without them! But! If you want to celebrate with us kid free, that's amazing too! That said, if you decide to bring your kids, we kindly ask that any children attending remain quiet and respectful during key moments like the ceremony, speeches, and first dances, so we can fully enjoy those once-in-a-lifetime moments without distraction.
We love animals, but to help the weekend run smoothly, we kindly ask that you leave your dog at home if possible. There will be several activities and events where dogs won’t be allowed, and unless your pup can comfortably stay unattended, it may be tough to manage their care throughout the weekend. If you do bring your dog, they must be kept on a leash at all times while at the campground. Please respect this rule out of consideration for our camp hosts, other guests, and the safety of everyone involved — especially since we’ll have quite a few children around. If your dog isn’t comfortable around kids or new environments, we’d strongly recommend making alternate arrangements. As much as we love our furry friends, we want to avoid a pack of pups running wild all weekend. Thanks so much for understanding and helping us keep the vibe relaxed and enjoyable for everyone!
Dress Code: Camping Chic! Ladies and gents, bring your style A-game, but leave the formalwear at home. We’re going for bright, bold, and joyful looks that still play nicely with nature. For Women: Flowy dresses, jumpsuits, or skirts in vibrant colors or fun prints- stray away from white dresses. Wedges, boots, or cute flats over heels (remember — grass, dirt, and dance floors under the stars!). For Men: Button-downs or patterned shirts with chinos or nice jeans — no suits needed. Add color or texture if you like. Please skip the casual hats for this one, cowboy hats are welcome, and bolo ties encouraged! Overall Vibe: “Garden party meets campfire glow” — dress like you’re ready for champagne and s’mores in the same outfit! Bring a jacket for night time as it might get cold!
Your invitation will indicate whether you have been given a plus one. As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, our venue has limited space, so we’re unable to extend a plus one to every guest. We truly appreciate your understanding!
You are not expected to attend every event. We love to camp and wanted to create a full weekend to spend time with our friends and family, but we completely understand that life is busy, taking time off can be tough, and not everyone can make it to everything. These events are simply options if you’d like to join—no pressure at all. We’re just grateful for whatever time we get to share with you.
Bring your bikes, trailers, water toys, boats, fishing poles, slacklines, DJ equiptment, shade, sunglasses and a good attitude 😎
