(ROC) Greater Rochester International Airport
The Greater Rochester International Airport or (ROC) is the closest airport. Located in Henrietta, NY, it is approx. 6 miles away (15 mins). It is a smaller airport, so the prices may be $50-$150 higher than Buffalo Niagara (BUF). SHUTTLE: The Holiday Inn & Hilton Garden Inn offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the Rochester International Airport, Rochester bus station, and Rochester (Louise Slaughter) train station. LYFT & UBER: Both services are available should you wish to rely on it solely. CAR: Your best bet to get around, especially if you wish to visit the local attractions.

(BUF) Buffalo Niagara International Airport
The Buffalo Niagara International Airport, or (BUF), is located in Depew, NY. Also a smaller airport, it is the larger of the 2 airports, so the prices may be $50-$150 cheaper than (ROC) Greater Rochester International Airport . It is approx. 70 miles away (1 hr 10 min drive/ride). CAR: Should you choose to fly into Buffalo (BUF), your best bet would be to rent a car; especially if you wish to visit the local attractions, like Niagara Falls (30 mins from BUF airport) or the Jell-o Museum on the way to Rochester . TRAIN: There is a nearby Amtrak train that leaves Buffalo (Depew Station) and arrives in Rochester (Louise Slaughter Station). Keep in mind you would need to take a taxi, Uber or Lyft from the BUF airport to the train Depew station, and depending on your hotel, again upon arriving in Rochester. BUS: There is a Megabus option from Buffalo to Rochester, also.

Though the city is small enough that nothing is too far away, this is the best, centralized location for dining and drinks. Mike’s vintage prints of a Rochester we’ll be hung on the first floor of this new hotel, as he helped supply artwork with his Aunt Anne Marie (Design Associates) who did the interior decorating.

This “hotel” is 3 miles from where our ceremony will be held and 2 miles from our reception. If you're looking for something modest, yet different, this hotel was converted from an old schoolhouse. It is located near the city's art gallery and near some nice restaurants like "Good Luck" & "Edibles."

This is the closest hotel to our reception. Although, you could technically walk to the baseball stadium and the reception from here, there aren’t many other places to enjoy nearby without a mode of transport. If you’d prefer to be in a neighborhood where you can walk to bars & restaurants, we recommend the Courtyard Marriott on East Avenue and Alexander Street (which is a brand new hotel opening in June)
