Question

Will everyone be vaccinated and do we need to provide proof?

Answer

Ideally, Yes. According to current NY state guidelines proof of vaccination or proof of a negative Covid test result within 72 hours is required to enter the premises. Be sure to bring a copy of your vaccination card.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better, but please no later than June 1st, 2021

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have limited space, and are trying to include as many family and close friends as possible, so only if your invitation says “and guest.” Our general rule is that we are offering guests to spouses, and to friends and family in serious relationships of a year or longer. Should spots open up later, we will be happy to offer them.

Question

Do you have a hashtag for sharing photos on social media?

Answer

Yes, #MiKellyB2021 . We'd love to see what you share!

Question

Will there be seating for the ceremony in the cemetery ?

Answer

As you can imagine, it as an open air location and there are no seats provided on the premises. We are currently coordinating the possibility of bringing in a select number of chairs for those whose physical condition may need it. Please let us know if you will require a seat and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, the ceremony should not last longer than 30 minutes and will mainly consist of standing room in the open lawn area. Question

What are the safety guidelines at the reception venue?

Answer

Currently New York State guidelines are that our guests must wear a mask when walking around inside the venue or ordering a drink at the bar. However, when seated at your table or enjoying the outdoor patio area, you may remove your mask. Of course, many of us may be more comfortable keeping the mask on, so feel free to do so. Your comfort is important to us. Please check back about safety guidelines as things continue to evolve over the next few months.
