Hike the Appalachian Trail to the highest elevation in the state, climb an obelisk dedicated to NJ's veterans, and enjoy vast views of NJ, PA, and NY (all from one vantage point!). Or check out the "Stairway to Heaven" hike that's also part of the Appalachian Trail. You'll traverse a boardwalk, a suspension bridge, and a cow pasture to climb to what we think is one of the best views in the state.
If you're looking for some local farm foods, fresh baked breads, and the best chocolate crumb cake and double chocolate chip cookies around, Fran's Farmhouse Kitchen is a quick drive from our venue and the Holiday Inn. Trust us, you'll want to stop in before heading home!
