If your child is listed on your invitation, we hope to see them there! If not, please consider our wedding as a night off from parenting responsibilities!
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire, so a cocktail dress, suit, or blazer and slacks are all great options! Note for heels-enthusiasts: even though our venue is on the County Fairgrounds, everything is paved -- no rough or muddy terrain to traverse!
The venue is one level and fully paved, from the parking lot to the patio. The main reception space is also one level, and the bathroom is accessible.
Yes, there will be a shuttle back and forth from the Holiday Inn, where we have our wedding block, and venue so that our family and friends can feel confident and comfortable getting to and from!
We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited. Thank you for not bringing a guest, unless it is specified on your invitation.
Please let us know on your RSVP if you have a food allergy or any other dietary restrictions. You will be able to enjoy a personalized meal during dinner.
Yes, there is a large, free parking lot located adjacent to the Conservatory on the Fairgrounds.
Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outside on the Conservatory's patio. Cocktail hour will be both indoors and out, and the main reception space is climate controlled. One of the wonderful things about our venue is your ability to move freely about between indoor and outdoor spaces.
We respectfully ask that the books not be taken. However, at the end of the evening, if you'd like to take a bud vase home to brighten your kitchen table, please feel free, and we hope it serves as a reminder of a wonderful night!
