Shuttle to and from the Best Western Plus and Hampton Inn to the Wedding

We will be providing a shuttle service from each of the hotels to our venue for the ceremony and back again at the end of the reception. Please refer to the shuttle times below! Hotel-->Ceremony - Hampton Inn, departs 4:30 & 5:00pm - Best Western, departs 4:45, 5:00 & 5:15pm Reception-->Hotel - departs 9:00, 9:45, 10:15, 11:00pm

Train

Metro North Hudson Line

If you are coming from NYC, take the Metro North Hudson Line from Grand Central to Poughkeepsie. From there, you can grab a bus into Kingston provided by Ulster County Area Transit, or jump in an Uber (30 min ride).

Flight

Albany International Airport

Albany International Airport is located 65 miles directly north of Kingston. United, JetBlue, American Airlines, Delta, Frontier, and Southwest all service this airport.

Trailways Bus Service

Trailways offers a bus that goes directly from NYC to Kingston. Board the bus at Port Authority in NYC, the bus will take you to Kingston Bus Station, which is right in town and only 0.4 miles away from the Best Western Plus.
