About Mike and Kate

@BLS - Before meeting Kate, Mike had graduated from Brooklyn Law School and was eagerly awaiting his bar exam results. Little did he know, a lady lawyer from UES would soon enter his life.

@BrooklynHalf - After starting her job as a corporate lawyer, Kate decided to run a half marathon in Brooklyn. By coincidence, she had just gone on a great first Hinge date with a boy from Brooklyn.

@MacysParade - Mike and Kate continue to go on fun dates together, including one to see the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons fill up on the UWS the night before Thanksgiving.

@30Rock - Not just one of their favorite TV shows, but also the place where they first said I love you. This pic was taken by a photographer who randomly asked to take a photo before the big moment!

@LakePlacid - Mike and Kate start spending more time in upstate NY, including a memorable Labor Day weekend trip to Lake Placid.

@Brooklyn - Mike finally convinces Kate to leave the UES and they move into an apartment in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn together!

@Keeley - A 20-something lbs miniature labradoodle comes to live in Brooklyn with Mike and Kate. For Mike, it's love at first sight.

@Mohonk - Kate turns 30 and Mike and Kate head upstate to celebrate at Mohonk Mountain House. Hiking ensues.

@forever - Mike popped the question on December 13, 2021 in front of the Brooklyn Bridge. They decided to plan a wedding in upstate NY and the rest--is history in the making!
