Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY)

MSY is the easiest airport to fly in and out of New Orleans. It is located about 25 minutes from city center. If you are flying internationally, you will likely connect at a larger airport hub and go through customs prior to landing at MSY. Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis are easy to find outside of Arrivals, and usually cost ~$40.
