Sheraton Denver West Hotel

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Sheraton Denver West, at a discounted rate of $189. Click the “view” button below to book a room in our hotel block. Please book by no later than Thursday, May 28th to guarantee the group rate – after this date the rate could go up or there may not be availability. Booking through our block also guarantees a waived destination fee. Parking is complimentary. The hotel is a 7-minute walk to the Federal Center RTD light rail stop that will take you straight into downtown Denver’s Union Station, which will connect you to the airport. We have arranged for a yellow school bus to shuttle hotel guests from the hotel to the wedding. The bus will arrive at the hotel Friday at 5pm, and will depart promptly at 5:15pm. If you miss the shuttle please order an Uber or Lyft, or you can drive and leave your car overnight and pick it up before 10am Saturday. The shuttle will leave the Pines every half hour starting at 9pm. So 9, 9:30, 10, 10:30, 11, 11:30, then the last one will leave at 12:15am.
