As a working farm, Palagina produces its own olive oil, wine, honey, and vegetables. The experience starts with a stroll through the vineyard and continues to the cellar, with a stop at the educational beehive along the way. At each step, you’ll savor our wines, honey, and both Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Laudemio. Tasting is inclusive of bottling and labelling: you’ll receive a bottle of wine with a personalized label – a tasty souvenir to take home.
Cesarine is Italy’s oldest network of home cooks. A Slow Food community dedicated to preserving traditional Italian cuisine, it offers culinary experiences and cooking classes. At Palagina, we host their classes with tastings: you will have the lunch served with water, a glass of our wine and coffee, by consuming the same recipes that they have prepared during the class.
