Minerals Hotel
We have a room block reserved with Minerals Spring Resort. Please book your rooms right away. There is always a chance of the general inventory of the hotel selling out. Discounted rates through the wedding block are maintained through the end of June. In the case general inventory sells out at Minerals, the hotel block website will begin to direct guests to available rooms at the sister property, Grand Cascades. Should inventory open up at Minerals, there will be an opportunity for guests to switch from Grand Cascades to Minerals through calling/coordinating with the resort directly. Guests can always cancel within a week of their check in date without penalty, if necessary. We highly recommend booking as early as possible. If the site says rooms are unavailable with the block code, please reach out to us and we can have more rooms opened up for us. Note there are credit card fees associated with payment. The venue accepts cash, check, or debit card to avoid these fees. Grand Cascades Lodge
Guests are welcome to stay at Grand Cascades. Should general inventory fill at Mineral Hotel, the room block will be extended to Grand Cascades at a discounted rate through the end of June. The same information regarding cancellation/fees applies between Minerals Hotel & Grand Cascades. Refer to information above. Please be aware this is just under a 10 minute drive from Mineral Hotel where the wedding party and events will be taking place. Shuttles will be provided by the resort for the wedding and after party. Times of shuttles are to be determined and will be updated in the FAQ section of the website once known.
