When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will add an RSVP tab at the top of this website when we have all event details finalized and are ready to accept responses. This will be added a couple months before the wedding, when formal invitations are sent. RSVP responses are required by August 12th, 2025.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We encourage all individuals stay at the Minerals Spring Resort. We recommend reserving a room ASAP as rooms are limited. Our 2023 blocked room prices are locked in through June and apply to both the Mineral Hotel & Grand Cascades properties. Refer to Travel tab on website for more information.

What is this Pool After Party Situation?

Answer

The after party will be located at the Minerals Hotel Heated Indoor Pool. Please bring a bathing suit if you plan to join us. Food & Beverages will be provided at the pool during the after party. For those staying at Grand Cascades transportation will be provided.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space restrictions, please only bring a plus-one if they were included on your invitation.

Is there any events for Thursday (09/11) evening?

Answer

We are grateful that many of you are coming up a night prior to the wedding. We will be planning to meet up with everyone casually who is interested after our rehearsal dinner for Welcome Drinks from 8 PM - 10 PM at Minerals Hotel, Moonshine Bar. More information to come!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available. Parking is located right next to Minerals Spring Resort Property.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are inviting children for the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour. We regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue's reception due to limited seating.

Is there transportation provided for the wedding?

Answer

For individuals staying at Minerals Spring Resort, there is no transportation needed. Fortunately, all events are within walkable distance from the hotel rooms. Shuttles will be available for those who stay at the Grand Cascades (about a 10 minute drive away). Times of shuttles will be updated in the FAQ section once known.

What are the shuttle times from Grand Cascades?

This response be updated once times are known. Please check back in after August 18th.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be outside and covered. Only for extreme storm conditions will the wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception be relocated inside. Guests will be notified by the venue should this option be selected.

What shoes do I wear?

Answer

Any shoes will work. There is a walkway between the ceremony area and reception. The cocktail hour is also on a patio space. There is limited grassy areas located outside of the reception space and under the chairs of the ceremony.

What is the closest airport?

Answer

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) & LaGuardia Airport (LGA) are just under 60 miles to the venue. John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is about 70 miles from the venue.

I am interested in golfing

Answer

If you are interested in golfing Thursday 09/11/2025 in the morning, please text Mike at (908)-616-9876 by August 8th. He is planning a group outing at Crystal Springs Course. Otherwise, feel free to schedule any tee times on your own with the venue directly. They accept tee times 1 month prior to intended booking date. Reference Crystal Springs website for more information.
