Cozy Fall Formal (We suggest a warm jacket and an umbrella for the ceremony)

Rules and restrictions are constantly changing with COVID-19. The full picture of our wedding day is still very unclear, but here's what we hope to be able to do: Guests Arrive: 2:30pm | Outdoor Ceremony: 3pm | Cocktails: 4pm | Dinner: 6pm | Dancing Outside: 8pm What's a wedding without dancing? We have purchased 2 outdoor 10x30 tents so that we can all dance safely outside. Tents can't have walls according to the current PHO, so bring a jacket and your dancing shoes! BC now requires all guests and vendors at weddings to be double vaccinated by October 24th, and we fully support this move. The venue hosts will be checking your proof of vaccination before you enter the venue, without exceptions. For out of province guests, please bring your provincially/territorially officially recognized vaccine record and valid government photo ID.

Brunch

11:00 am - 2:00 pm

(Optional) Stop in on your way home for a coffee. Maybe help us tidy up a bit if you feel so inclined. Very informal.
