Trudeau International is the best option if you're arriving via plane. It's located in Dorval, about 15-20 minutes west of the city centre. There are many hotel options nearby, and the venue is also located in Dorval.

Construction is a mainstay in Montreal, so don't be surprised if you see more orange cones than you could imagine. Fortunately, around Dorval (west of the city) it's not too bad, but heading into the city can often encounter delays. Don't let that stop you though! Often it's only an extra 10-20 minutes, and if you're up for public transportation, they're usually pretty good at avoiding construction and closures.

For those of you who will be visiting Montreal for the first time, we just wanted to give you a bit of info about the French. While it's fun to live in a bilingual city, it can present challenges if you're not familiar with the language. The city is mostly bilingual, so if you ask for service in English, it's usually not an issue. Signs will be French first, but there's usually English on it and menus and the like are also available in English upon request. We don't anticipate anyone having issues, but we just want everyone to have a heads up. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
