To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. Our final RSVP deadline is October 15, 2025. If you have any trouble finding your name on the guest list, please let us know—we want to make sure everyone is accounted for. Your RSVP helps us finalize catering and seating arrangements.
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a plus-one or children—but we kindly ask that you let us know in advance so we can include them in our final headcount for food and seating. Please reach out to us directly if you’d like to add someone to your guest list. We’ll need to have all final additions by October 15, 2025.
Free parking is available directly in front of Mission Concepción, within walking distance of the entrance.
Yes! The ceremony will take place inside the historic Mission Concepción, and the reception will be held right next door at The Venues at Mission Concepción. Both spaces are indoors and climate-controlled, so guests can relax and enjoy the celebration comfortably—rain or shine.
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to the ceremony at Mission Concepción to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly, so arriving early helps avoid disruptions once it’s underway.
The Venues at Mission Concepción is located right next door to the church—just a short walk away. Guests won’t need to re-park or drive between locations.
Parking is available at Mission Concepción and can be used for both the ceremony and reception. Since the reception venue is right next door, guests can leave their cars in the same lot and simply walk over after the ceremony.
Yes! In addition to the main Mission Concepción parking lot, there’s overflow parking available along Felisa Street and Mission Road. All are within a short walking distance to both the church and reception venue.

Yes, absolutely! There will be a DJ, dancing, and of course—cake. We’ll be celebrating all night, and we’ll have both a photographer and a videographer there to capture every special moment.
Yes! We’ll have nonalcoholic drinks during dinner and a hosted bar with beer, wine, and a few signature drinks. Everything will be covered—just relax, celebrate, and enjoy! Drinks are on us—but the hangover’s on you! 😄
