Guests walk next door to the reception venue. 5:00 PM – Cocktail Hour 5:30 PM – Reception Begins Grand Entrance + Special Dances: • Bride & Mother • Groom & Mother • Groom & Daughter • First Dance as Husband & Wife 5:40 PM – Dinner 6:00–6:30 PM – Mariachi Performance 6:30 PM – Toasts • Valerie (Best Woman) • Jasmine (Daughter of the Groom) Followed by a thank-you from the couple. 6:50 PM – Photo Dash & Shoe Game 7:15 PM – Group Photo 7:20 PM – Dance Floor Opens 8:00 PM – Cake Cutting (Dance music continues — no special cake-cutting song) 8:15–8:30 PM – Night Portraits Second set of couple portraits outside. 8:30 PM – Late-Night Snack: Mac & cheese. 9:15 PM – Private Last Dance 9:25 PM – Grand Sparkler Exit 10:00 PM – Reception Ends
