The Wedding Website of Michelle Lewis and Kristopher DeVogelaere
Taos can be difficult to get to, so we're here to help! The ceremony is being held at Taos Ski Valley - a shuttle will be available to bring guests from The Blake to the Kachina base area - a short, 10 minute drive up a winding dirt road. For room stays, please visit the FAQs page.

Travel Note

Camping

Camping in the region is prevalent; however, nights in the ski valley can be quite cold in September. We recommend booking a hotel room for the night of the event, but we encourage camping at lower elevations other nights during your stay! Campsites are available throughout the canyon leading to Taos Ski Valley, as well as a few sites near the main parking area. Car camping is allowed at Taos Ski Valley free of charge during the summer and fall.

House Or Rental

Air B&B

Air B&B and local property management companies offer many options for accommodations. Rental properties in the ski valley will offer the most convenience, while properties in Valdez and Arroyo Seco are located at the bottom of the canyon - a 15-minute drive down a winding road. The town of Taos and Arroyo Seco will have more options, but you will be located up to 30-minutes from the wedding venue.

Flight

Albuquerque (ABQ) or Santa Fe (SAF) Airports

Flights into Albuquerque (2.5 hrs from Taos) or Sante Fe (1.5 hours from Taos) are the best options for those traveling from afar. Both airports are easy, intimate, and accessible!
