Here's what to expect during the wedding!
Ceremony Begins- 4:30pm
There will be a shuttle service at The Blake Hotel at 3:30pm and 4:00pm
If you miss the 4:00pm shuttle...PANIC
If the shuttle is a minute or two late for the 4:00pm pickup, it may be making its way back from the 3:30 dropoff. Please arrive a few minutes early to take the shuttle!
Please meet us at the Kachina Deck. The shuttle will drop guests directly there
Cocktail Hour- 5:00pm
Phoenix Deck. This is a short walk from the ceremony platform. There will also be a shuttle for those who do not want to walk
6:00pm-11:00pm - PARTY ON!
The final shuttle service will be taking guests from The Phoenix back to The Blake Hotel at:

Lake Fork Conference Center
The Lake Fork Conference Center is located on the second floor of the Lake Fork Building above the ticket office in the base area. The building is located directly in front of the ice skating rink, which is covered with astroturf during the summer months. Bring your lawn game skills, because there will be games after brunch!
