Travel and Transportation
For our loved ones traveling from afar, we have arranged a block of hotel rooms at the Staybridge Suites in nearby Concordville/Glen Mills (~20 minute drive from the venue). The hotel includes amenities such as free onsite parking, pet-friendly rooms, a fitness center, an outdoor pool, and a daily complimentary breakfast buffet. The block has been booked for both the Friday night before the event (10/30 into 10/31) and the Saturday night of the event (10/31 into 11/01). Rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There are 2-people, 4-people, & 6-people sleeping arrangement options available in the block
Additionally, we are providing courtesy shuttle transportation for those staying at the hotel to and from the event. Transportation arrangements to and from the hotel outside the event must be made on your own
