What is the dress code for a Halloween wedding?

Answer

Please dress elegantly/formal as you would for any other wedding, but we do encourage you to embrace the spooky and Gothic theme of 'Midnight Masquerade' with darker hues and extravagant accessories. Please also be mindful of the weather as late October can be on the chillier side and the ceremony will be outdoors during sunset (weather permitting)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

GENERAL GUESTS Aim to arrive around 4:30 PM, as the Ceremony will begin promptly at 5 BRIDAL PARTY/FAMILY Aim to arrive by 4:00 PM for the daylight photography session, more information will be provided closer to the date

Free parking is available at the venue for both ceremony and reception

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

In lieu of a registry, we will be accepting donations to our honeymoon fund and a select list of charities of choice, please see the Registry page on this website for more details

Where do I make my meal selections?

Answer

Dinner will be ordered on the day of the event as part of the dining service. Guests will have the option between chicken, beef, seafood, or a chef's choice vegetarian/vegan/gluten free option. More information regarding the menu can be found in the 'Schedule and Menu' page on this website

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dietary-conscious options will be available upon request; please address all concerns to staff on-site directly during the cocktail hour and dinner portions of the event

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

A block of hotel rooms has been made available for out-of-town guests at a discounted rate at the Staybridge Suites Wilmington-Brandywine Valley in nearby Concordville/Glen Mills, PA. Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
