What date should I RSVP by?

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception venue?

The wedding ceremony and reception are both located at: 46-336 Haiku Rd, Kaneohe, HI, 96744

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code is Island Formal. Women: Dress/Jumpsuits, and Shoes (sandals/shoes). Men: Shirts (Button-down dress shirt/Aloha shirt), Pants (Long pants), and Shoes. Please note that the ceremony will be outdoors on a lawn. It's gorgeous but soft, please wear something that you find comfortable to walk on grassy areas.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The restaurant is wheelchair accessible but for guest that require extra assistance to the chapel, there will be an electric garden shuttle. Make sure to come early since it can only take 4 people at a time and it does take about 5-10 minutes to travel.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open at 9:30 am. We recommend arriving at the venue when it opens to ensure that you have enough time to walk to the chapel (a 5-minute walk from the parking lot) and find seats.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we adore children, we’ve elected to limit our ceremony and reception to adults only (ages 16 and over).

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones or additional guests not listed on the invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, Haiku Gardens has many free parking stalls available for guests.

Question

Is it ok to take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during that time. Only the professional photographer, their assistants, and whomever the bride allows can take photos/videos during the wedding ceremony will be taking photos during the ceremony. After the ceremony in the chapel is over, everyone is allowed to take pictures/video and post it to their social media accounts if they choose.

Will there be meal options for guest with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

The bride and groom have carefully selected a variety of food options for the lunch buffet to make sure, if someone has a dietary restriction or allergies, they can at least enjoy a different entree. You will not be disappointed with the chooses that the bride and groom have selected.

Will there be an open bar at the wedding?

Answer

We will have an open bar for guest which will include juice, soda and a limited selection of alcohol beverages. Haiku Gardens does not allow outside liquor to be brought into the restaurant so please respect the vendor's rules.

Question

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after party?

Answer

Our reception will end around 2:00pm and we need to be out by 2:30pm. Although we love to spend more time with everyone, there will be no after-party.
