Take your seats
9:30 am - 10:00 am
Access to Haiku Gardens open at 9:30am and the ceremony will start exactly at 10:00am. Please walk down the paved ramp located to the right of Haleiwa Joe's and head down to the chapel to find a seat for the ceremony. If you need assistance to the chapel, please come early to catch a ride on the electric shuttle.
Ceremony
10:00 am - 10:30 am
The ceremony is held at the Haiku Garden's private, botanical Garden in an open-air Tahitian Chapel.
Cocktail hour
10:30 am - 11:30 am
Please socialize, enjoy the pupus, and have fun taking pictures at the camera booth while the bride and groom prepare for the next event.
Reception
11:30 am - 2:00 pm
Let’s welcome the wedding squad and the newlyweds. Followed by their first dances, and we will go from there.
End of the reception
2:00 pm - 2:30 pm
We are very happy that you joined us to celebrate our special occasion, but the ceremony is over and we would like everyone to enjoy the rest of their day.
