For those of you that will be traveling by plane to our wedding we've listed the two closest airports to Lake Placid. The only hotels we have room blocks with are the Crowne Plaza and the Golden Arrow Lakeside Resort. We suggest if you'd like to stay at either of these places you make reservations ASAP so you can get the discounted room rates. Both of the hotels we have room blocks with are places that we've stayed at when visiting Lake Placid. If you are looking for lodging besides these two hotels, I recommend booking a hotel in downtown Lake Placid. All of the hotels downtown are walking distance to the venue. If you need suggestions or recommendations for lodging beyond what is listed here, or have questions about booking, please get in touch with us. We've stayed at many hotels in Lake Placid and are happy to help out with suggestions.

*We no longer have rooms available under our wedding room block* This is where Mike and I got engaged! I HIGHLY recommend their lakeside rooms, and not just because I got engaged while inside of one. The Golden Arrow Lakeside Resort sits directly on the shore of Mirror Lake, and is located across the street from the Crowne Plaza. Please be advised they do require a 2 NIGHT minimum stay. If you are looking to stay somewhere RIGHT on the water, look no farther.
