The museum is oriented to children and teens, but there is plenty to interest an adult. It is built around a "trackway" about 100 feet in circumference where dinosaurs walked about 200 million years ago in what was (then) a muddy patch that captured their footprints and happened to be saved and over time turned into stone.
Wadsworth Falls State Park offers a terrific half day of hiking. 2 great loops (inner and outer loops) takes you on a journey back in time. The outer loop takes you through true woodland--with rock formations, giant trees, waterfalls and other surprising natural discoveries.
