What does black tie optional mean?

We recommend a dark suit or tux for the men and formal evening wear (floor-length dresses or cocktail dress) for the women.

Is transportation provided from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, we will have buses that will be picking up guests from the Sheraton Hotel at 6 pm, and will be dropping them back off between 12:30 - 1 am.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 7 pm sharp and would advise for guests to arrive between 6:30-6:45 pm.

Is there ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be held outside of the room where the reception will be held.

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking. When you arrive, tell the parking attendant that you're here for the Bongini/Violette Wedding.
