FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP online on this website by May 6th.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we are working on reserving a block of rooms with a hotel in the area that provides a shuttle service to and from the venue. Please stay tuned. The venue also allows you to leave your car overnight should you need to take an Uber home.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable. Ladies, we recommend shoes for grass and cobblestone.

Question

What about COVID-19?

Answer

Due to uncertainties with COVID-19, we are following the situation closely and want you to know that the health and safety of our guests is most important to us. We are thrilled to hear that vaccines will be open to the general public on April 15th and are excited that a majority of our guests have already been vaccinated. We are working closely with our vendors and venue to ensure we are following the proper measures to keep everyone safe. While the following details may change depending on the severity of COVID in June, we want to be as transparent as possible to ease concerns. The venue is all outdoors with plenty of room to distance. For the Ceremony, seating will be spaced out. For those who prefer more space, we will ensure seats towards the back of the garden have more distance. For cocktail hour- hors-d'oeuvres will be passed and drinks will only be served by the bartender or bottled. There is plenty of room on the ranch to spread out or mingle as you feel comfortable.

Question

What about COVID-19 (continued)

Answer

For the reception- tables will be distanced and we will only be seating you with family or close friends. Dinner will be served and food will only be handled by our caterer. All vendors will be masked. After dinner dancing will likely take place (dependent on COVID regulations). We completely understand that not everyone will feel comfortable to dance! The dancefloor will be off to the side for those who wish to partake. We will have plenty of hand sanitizer and masks on hand. While we do encourage mask wearing, however given that vaccines should be available to the public by April and that a majority of our guest list has already been vaccinated, we do not anticipate enforcing masks at this point in time. However, if COVID-19 cases are high we will of course do whatever we can to keep everyone safe.

Question

What about COVID-19 (continued)

Answer

Please know that we are trying our best to ensure everyone is as comfortable and safe as possible. Please let us know if you have any concerns or if there are ways we can make you feel more comfortable. We thank you for your love and support as we navigate getting married during these unprecedented times.
