Bridal Run

Shuttles to the Venue for Family
4:00 pm
The first shuttle will retrieve family members of the bride and groom from Hotel AC at 4 PM and Hotel Tempo at 4:10 PM to be dropped off at the venue. Please bring anything you need for the duration of the evening! Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited by the venue so please help us respect the wishes of Gardencourt
Second Shuttle to Venue
4:45 pm
The second shuttle will retrieve a round of guests from Hotel AC at 4:45 PM and Hotel Tempo at 4:55 PM to be dropped off at the venue. Please bring anything you need for the duration of the evening! Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited by the venue so please help us respect the wishes of Gardencourt
Third and Final Shuttle to Venue
5:30 pm
The third and final shuttle will retrieve a round of guests from Hotel AC at 5:30 PM and Hotel Tempo at 5:40 PM to be dropped off at the venue. Please bring anything you need for the duration of the evening! Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited by the venue so please help us respect the wishes of Gardencourt

Shuttles Back to Lodgings

The shuttles will return guests to Hotel AC and Hotel Tempo from the reception in multiple waves. Please make sure to retrieve all your belongings, gather your souvenirs, and sign the guest book before you depart!
