Hotel Block Shuttle

Two shuttles will stop at the Holiday Inn and Hilton Garden Inn. Both shuttles will leave the Holiday Inn at 3:30, travel to the Garden Inn (about 10 minutes), then on to the venue! Be outside your respective hotels by 3:20 - 3:30. One shuttle will leave the venue at 10:00pm after the reception and another will leave the venue at 11:00pm after the after party.

If you're looking for a place to stay where you can walk out of the front door and explore downtown Lancaster, this is the place! Restaurants, shops, bars, and unique experiences are within a few minutes walking distance! This hotel will be one of the shuttle locations to and from the venue. A wedding block rate is available for the weekend!

Hilton Garden Inn Lancaster

Though not downtown, the Hilton Garden Inn is just a ten minute drive to all that downtown Lancaster has to offer! The city has many parking lots and garages if you'd like to drive from the hotel. This hotel is also closer to the venue and will be one of the shuttle locations to and from the venue. A wedding block rate is available for the weekend!

Comfort Inn & Suites Manheim - Lebanon

This hotel is for our guests that want to drive in for the ceremony, have a no frills place to lay their heads, and leave Sunday morning! Though this hotel is not part of our wedding block, it is a two minute drive from Mount Hope Estate and Winery!

Manheim (where the venue is), Lancaster City, and everywhere in between has bountiful and budget-friendly AirBnBs to meet all special housing needs. Many also come with fairly generous cancellation policies in case plans change. If you go this route, consider booking early!

Philadelphia International Airport

PHL is about an hour and a half from both Lancaster City and Mount Hope Estate and Winery. Once you fly in you're not too far away!

Harrisburg International Airport

Though smaller than Philadelphia International, Harrisburg International may be a great option for certain guests. Only 45 minutes from Lancaster and 30 minutes from Mount Hope Estate and Winery, we hope this additional option makes your trip easier!

Lancaster Amtrak Station

If you'd rather ride the rails, Lancaster has you covered there! Lancaster's Amtrak station is only a short distance from downtown and many hotels.
