Please expect traffic when arriving at the PA Renaissance Faire. During peak operating hours, vehicles tend to be backed up on Route 72 due to cars arriving for the faire day. When you get to the faire please park in the general parking spaces. Handicap spaces are available for anyone who needs them. There is usually someone directing traffic to spaces available so keep your eyes peeled. Once you park you should start seeing signs directing you to the venue location as well as the event schedule to help you along the way. I have included a picture here as guide to help you better understand where to go (see above picture)!

This event is completely casual (jeans and sneakers welcome). If you would like to dress up feel free to dress in renaissance attire or as your favorite video game character or superhero. Be yourself, have fun and stay com-fortable. If you choose to go into the faire afterward be advised there are a lot of hills and a lot of walking and the ground can be soft so wear heals with caution.
The venue will be held in The Feasting Glen located right outside of the gates to the faire. Signs will be posted on the grounds to help you find the location. Be advised: this is an outdoor wedding. Although a pavilion does cover the seating in the area, rain and cold may still be a factor. On that note: the last thing Mike and I want is for anyone to contract a cold (or Covid for that matter) so we will be following the CDC guidelines to the best of our ability for your safety and the safety of the cast and crew of the renaissance faire. For that reason, the guest list will be a lot smaller and more intimate to allow for proper social distancing and to help with the social anxiety of both the bride, groom and any guests that suffer from those types of ailments.
12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
The reception is to follow directly after the ceremony at the same location (The Feasting Glen located outside of the gates to the faire). There will be no cocktail hour preceding the reception, but tons of merriment and entertainment to be had. Food for this event is buffet style and there will be alcoholic beverages available for those who wish to partake.
2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Every guest that attends our wedding will also receive a complementary ticket to the faire for after the reception! Mike and I know that many of you have not attended a Renaissance Faire before, and since there is so much to do (and not a lot of space on this page of the site) we have included a list of things we like to do our Things To Do tab of our website. Check it out for more details. You can also check out the PA Ren Faire website as well to get even more information, maps and schedules for our wedding weekend as they update. I have attached that below. Feel free to walk around and do the things that you want to do, or join Mike and I as we walk around the grounds and visit our favorite places. The time is yours to enjoy! http://www.parenfaire.com/faire.html Note: Mount Hope Estate and Winery also does other events throughout the year which we love. Check out their other shows and events on their main page here: http://www.parenfaire.com/
